We're excited to invite you to apply to be a vendor at the 2026 Bloomington Pride MN Festival! Bloomington Pride MN is dedicated to empowering, promoting, and supporting the LGBTQ+ community through inclusive events, education, and advocacy. Our festival regularly welcomes over 3,000 attendees.

Vendor Application Process

Please Read Carefully: All vendors must complete an application for review. Submitting this form does not guarantee acceptance. This process helps us ensure a diverse, inclusive vendor marketplace aligned with our mission.

How It Works

Applications will be reviewed beginning in March 2026
Selected vendors will receive an invitation to register, submit payment, and required documentation

Vendor Information

Booth Cost $55 per 10' x 10' space

Food Trucks $55 per space

Event Type All-ages, family-friendly

Attendees Over 3,000 expected

⚠️ Important Requirements

Insurance: Accepted vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and an ST19 form.

Food Vendors: Must be licensed in Bloomington. No cottage food permitted.

Restrictions: No drug or alcohol sales permitted at this family-friendly event.
