Registration for 2025 is Closed

Thank you to everyone who applied for this year’s celebration!

If you’ve received confirmation of your registration from the Bloomington Pride MN team, please review the following important information to help you prepare for the event:

Vendor Information

Each approved vendor will receive:

  • One (1) 10' x 10' booth space
  • Or a designated area for food trucks

Cost: $50 + processing fees

Required Forms

To participate as a vendor, you must submit the following:

  • Certificate of Insurance (COI):
    This document proves you have liability insurance coverage in case of accidents, damage, or injury during the event. It must list Bloomington Pride MN as the certificate holder.
  • ST-19 Form (Minnesota Department of Revenue):
    A required form for any vendor selling taxable goods or services in Minnesota. It confirms whether you need to collect sales tax. This form must be submitted even if you're not collecting tax.

Event Details

  • Date: Sunday, June 22, 2025
  • Time: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Location: Bloomington Civic Plaza, 1800 W Old Shakopee Rd, Bloomington, MN 55431

Booth Setup

Event setup begins at 11:00 AM, two hours before the official start time.

  • Large or complex booths: Please arrive at 11:00 AM.
  • Smaller booths: You may arrive anytime between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM to set up.

Loading/Unloading: Vendors may temporarily pull into the west parking lot (where the Bloomington Farmers Market is held). This area will be blocked off starting at 12:30 PM.

Important Reminders for All Vendors

  • Bring Your Own Setup: Tents, tables, chairs, and tent weights are required. Tents cannot be staked into the ground.
  • Insurance Requirement: All vendors must submit a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI).
  • Food Trucks: Must be properly licensed in the City of Bloomington.

  1. Submit an Application: Tell us about your business, organization, or offerings.
  2. Review Process: Our team evaluates applications based on fit and diversity.
  3. Invitation to Register: Approved vendors receive a confirmation email with payment details.
