Vendor Pricing
Standard Booth
$55 per 10' x 10' spacePerfect for merchandise, crafts, information booths, and retail vendors.
Food Truck
$55 per spaceBring delicious eats to our festival! Must be licensed in Bloomington.
Important: This is an all-ages, family-friendly event. No drug or alcohol sales are permitted. Food vendors must be licensed in Bloomington (no cottage food operations).

Complete and submit the vendor application form
Applications will be reviewed beginning in March 2026
Selected vendors will receive an invitation to register, submit payment, and provide required documentation
Vendor Requirements
All accepted vendors must provide:
- Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- ST19 form (Minnesota sales tax certificate)
- Payment of booth fee
- Bloomington business license (for food vendors)
Limited Spaces Available: Spots are limited, so we encourage you to apply early. Our review process ensures a diverse, inclusive vendor marketplace aligned with our mission to support the LGBTQ+ community.
